Our YX3 series three-phase asynchronous electric motors are designed for industrial applications with power range from 0.17HP to 430HP. These motors feature high efficiency and reliable performance for various industrial machinery applications.
The motors are constructed with premium materials including 100% copper winding and high quality silicon steel sheets (DR510, 800, 600, 360 standard) for optimal performance and durability. The stator undergoes vacuum impregnation process to ensure excellent insulation properties.
Available in various mounting types including B3, B5, B14, B34, B35 to suit different installation requirements. The motors can be customized with different voltage options (110V, 120V, 220V, 240V, 380V, 400V, 660V) and frequency (50Hz or 60Hz).
Our production process includes strict quality control at every stage from material selection to final testing. Each motor undergoes comprehensive testing including output power, voltage, current measurement under different load conditions (no-load, 50% load, 75% load, 100% load) before shipment.
The motors feature class F insulation (class H optional) and various protection levels including IP44, IP54, IP55. With corrosion resistant paint finish and sturdy construction, these motors are built for long service life in demanding industrial environments.
