YE3 series super efficiency motors represent the latest advancements in motor technology, adhering to the second efficiency standard outlined in GB 18613-2-12 and meeting the IE4 efficiency level per IEC60034-30-2008. These motors are engineered for superior performance across a wide range of industrial applications, including compressors, ventilators, pumps, and more, even in challenging environments like oil, chemical, steel plants, and mining industries.
The structural design incorporates parallel vertical radiation ribs on the frame, enhancing heat dissipation through two separate cooling wind paths. An external fan drives air over the radiation ribs, while internal ventilation is managed via four ducts, an internal fan, and axial vents on rotor sheets. This dual cooling mechanism significantly improves thermal management. For 2-pole motors, a one-way tube-axial fan with fixed rotation is used, whereas 4 to 8-pole motors feature a two-way radial centrifugal fan allowing flexible rotation direction selection.
Rotor construction utilizes either squirrel-cage copper-bar or cast aluminum structures, ensuring minimal vibration after rigorous dynamic and running balance tests. The primary terminal box is positioned at the top of the frame, with options for left, right, or 45-degree mounting based on user requirements, providing versatility in installation.
These motors boast high efficiency, low noise levels, and robust international protection and insulation classes. They are ideal for driving various general-purpose machinery and can be customized for specific operational needs, including voltage variations and special wire configurations for higher temperature resistance up to 250 degrees Celsius.
