The YBX3 series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is designed for demanding industrial environments. With center frame heights ranging from 80-355mm and power output from 0.55-375kw, these motors deliver reliable performance across various applications.
Featuring IP55 protection class and 155(F) insulation grade, the motor operates efficiently in challenging conditions. The standard voltage is 380V 50Hz, with customization options available for special requirements. Motors below 3kw use star-connection while those above 3kw employ delta-connection for optimal performance.
These motors are suitable for operation in ambient temperatures from -15°C to 40°C at altitudes up to 1000m. The squirrel-cage rotor structure ensures durability, while the closed-type casing provides additional protection against environmental factors.
The product line includes various installation forms (B3/B5/B35) to accommodate different application scenarios. With noise levels ranging from 55-109 dB(A) and efficiency between 65-95.4%, these motors balance performance with energy conservation.
