The EFM1/A/B-(H) electric quarter turn actuator is designed for reliable valve automation in various industrial applications. This actuator series combines robust construction with advanced features to ensure long-term performance.
Constructed with lightweight aluminum alloy base and cover, the EFM1 series offers excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The optional aluminum cover provides additional durability while maintaining the compact size of the unit. A special rubber seal between cover and base ensures superior waterproof performance, making the actuator suitable for outdoor installations.
The actuator features a unique 3D position indicator made from high-strength plastic material, providing 360° visual angle for easy monitoring. Built-in motor overheating protection automatically shuts off power when valve torque exceeds actuator capacity, preventing motor damage.
Carbon steel alloy gears provide exceptional wear resistance for extended service life. The EFM1/A model requires an 8# wrench for manual operation, while the EFM1/A/B-H version includes a convenient handwheel for manual override.
The standard IP67 protection rating ensures reliable operation in demanding environments, with IP68 available as an optional upgrade for submersion applications up to 15 meters for 72 hours.
Available in multiple voltage options including DC24V, AC24V, AC110-120V, and AC220-240V with 50/60Hz frequency. The actuator operates in temperature ranges from -25°C to 70°C with relative humidity ≤90% at 25°C.
For modulating applications, the actuator supports 4-20mA, 0-10V, and 2-10V input/output signals. Standard working time is 30 minutes, with 50% or 75% duty cycle options available upon request.
