It's 316 stainless steel with a polished surface, so the corrosion resistnce is better than the 304 you see on a lot of cheaper hardware—most buyers go with this for boats or yachts where the salt spray is constant, and the finish actually holds up longer than you'd expect from something at this price point.
The MOQ is only 2 pieces, which is basically nothing for a wholsale order, and we've got OEM/ODM available if you need custom branding or dimensions—I already checked on lead time and it's usually 20 days or so, but confirm if you're in a hurry.
One thing that caught me is the packaging comes standard export grade, so you won't have to worry about scratches during shippng, and for a deck hinge that's pretty much all you need since it's not a fragile component anyway.
I wouldn't use this for anything with heavy structural loads—it's really for canopies and cover bars where the hinge is more about positioning than bearing weight, and the polished surface means it'll show fingerprints more than a brushed finish would in some cases.
Also, the color is listed as silver or white, but from what I've handled, it's basically just natural stainless look—don't expect a painted white finish unless you specifically request it during customization.
That's the leaf length, 60mm long and 18mm wide. The hinge pin adds a bit more to the overall length, but the mounting surface is exactly 60x18mm.

Standard export packaging is individual polybags then into a carton. If you're ordering larger quantities, we can bulk-pack them without individual bags to save on packaging cost — just let us know.
They're designed for bars up to about 18mm in diameter, so a 1-inch bar (25mm) won't fit. You'd want to check the bar OD and choose a hinge with a matching saddle width.
