So you're looking at the 40W unit with the bevel gear shaft — that's actually one of our more popular configurations for conveyor systems and packaging lines, and we see a lot of demand form the smaller automation shops. It runs on 220V single-phase, 50 or 60Hz, so you don't need a VFD or three-phase wiring, which is basically what most buyers appreciate when retrofitting older equipement.

3000g.cm starting torque is what you'll get right off the line, and the rated torque sits at 1300g.cm — that's enough for medium-duty indexing or light lifting, but it's not suited for anything with heavy shock loads or constant reversing under full load. The gear ratio range goes from 3:1 all the way up to 600:1, and we usually stock the common ratios like 10:1, 20:1, and 50:1; the more extreme ones you'll want to order ahead — lead time is roughly 20 days or so for those.

Noise stays under 65dB, which is quieter than some of the brushed motors we used to carry, and the Class B insulation means it handles ambient temps up to 40°C without derating — but don't push it into a hot enclosure without ventilation, because of that it's a closed type with standerd rolling bearings, and those don't like sustained heat over 50°C or so. We include a COA with every unit, and the CE and CCC marks are on the nameplate; ISO9001 is for our production line.

Most folks go with the foot-mounted version (that's the standard), and the 90mm frame makes it a direct swap for a lot of older Oriental Motor or SEW units without redrilling holes — we've had customers do exactly that in under an hour. One thing nobody thinks to ask: the lead wire length from the factory is only 300mm, so if you need longer, mention it in the RFQ — we can add a junction box or tail extension for about three days extra.

Bulk pricing drops at 10 units and again at 50 — you're looking at roughly 15% off single-unit price once you hit the first tier, and our company can hold that price for 90 days if you schedule staggered deliveries. Payment is typically net 30 for repeat buyers, first-timers usually do T/T in advance or PayPal with a confirmed PO. Anyway, we carry about 200 units of the 40W in our main warehouse, so stock shouldn't be an issue unless you need a non-standard ratio (like 37:1 or 123:1) — those we source on a per-order basis.
