The 500A CO2 rating on this MB501W is what got our attention first — that’s a solid 450A on mixed gas too, with a 60% duty cycle that actually holds up during long shifts in our fab shop.
So you’re looking at a water-cooled setup that handles wire from 1.0mm up to 2.4mm without breaking a sweat, and the Euro connector means it swaps into most standdard feeders we’ve seen.
3m, 4m, or 5m length options are what we usually order base on how far booth is form the feeder — the 4m is our sweet spot for general work, but the 5m gives you that extra reach without a drag.
It takes a range of nozzle shapes (cylindrical, conical, tapered, bottle, spot welding) and contact tips sized M8*30 in 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, or 2.4mm — we mostly stock teh 1.2mm tips because that’s what our guys grab most often.
Red liner for 1.0-1.2mm wire, yellow for 1.6mm, green for 2.0-2.4mm — you’ll need to match that up when ordering, but we usually have them in stock, though confirm lead time if you’re buying less than 5 pieces.
Packaing ships 1 set per box, 5 sets per carton, and MOQ is 5 pieces — that’s pretty standard for this class, and we’ve had no issues with the ISO9001, CE, RoHS, or TUV certs they claim.
We require a minimum of 5 pieces per order for the MB501W, so you can start with a small batch to test it out.

We currently offer standard lengths of 3m, 4m, and 5m. Custom lengths aren’t available, but these cover most industrial setups.
For 1.6mm wire, go with the yellow liner. It’s designed specifically for that size to ensure smooth feeding.
Each torch comes in its own box, and we pack 5 sets per carton for bulk orders, keeping everything secure during transit.
