So this is a 260A copper nozzle for Ajan plasma machines — it's what you're going to need when the old one wears out after heavy use, and we're shiping them in a box about 30 by 20 by 10 centimeters at 3 kilos a pop.
It handles Ajan systems pretty well, mostly for industiral where you're pushing through thicker plate, but don't use it for your handheld 30A setup — it'll just burn out too fast.
We've been making these for a while now, roughly 9,000 units a month, and for something like this the copper grade matters because of that it keeps the heat transfer consistent through arc, and that's what gives you cleaner edges versus a cheaper knockoff.
Basically the customiztion is there if you need it, but usually buyers just want the standard 260A single-orifice design that matches teh OEM thread pattern — though: we're running on AC220V for production, so confirm your voltage if you're importing.
The MOQ is 20 units or so for a trial run, and we'll send the COA with each batch as long as you ask for it (including HPLC data if that's your thing).
The 260A rating is for continuous duty. It's designed to handle sustained cutting at that amperage without overheating, as long as your machine matches the spec.
Our standard MOQ is 100 units per order. If you need fewer, just let us know—we can sometimes flex on that for first-time buyers.
Yes, we include a material certificate showing the copper composition and a test report for the current rating. Just request them when you place the order.

They come in a standard box sized 30×20×10 cm, with foam inserts to prevent damage. For bulk orders, we can also do vacuum-sealed packs to save space.
