Most guys running production work go straight for the WP-20 with the water-cooled setup at 250A DC—it's what you need for those longer bead runs without the torch heating up on you, and the jeans cover actually helps with grip when things get sweaty, though it's not the best choice if you're doing tight overhead stuff where a smaller air-cooled torch would fit better.

We usually stock the straight body (WP-20P) more than the flexible one, but if you're doing a lot of pipe or hard-to-reach joints, the WP-20FX flex head is worth the extra wait—lead time is about 20 days or so on those, while the straight ones ship within a week if we've got the connector you need.

You'll want to match the rear connector to your machine, and we've got 1/4G, M12*1, 3/8G, DSW 50, and several UNF thread options—5/8''-18 UNF RH is most common for American machines—so just confirm which one before ordering, or we can throw in an adapter kit (but that adds a couple days to delivery).

Bulk pricing kicks in at around 50 units or so, and for that we can drop the per-unit cost by about 12-15% depending on cable length—most buyers go with the 8m cable even for bench work because it gives you more room to move around the table without swapping torches.

The collet sizes range form 0.5mm up to 3.2mm, and we include a 1.6mm and 2.4mm with each torch as standard, but if you need the full set you'll have to order those separately—they're roughly $2 each in bulk and come in a little plastic case that actually holds up pretty well.

It's certified ISO9001 and CE, so you're fine for most shop requrements, but the TUV mark is only on certain batches—check with us if that's a dealbreaker, because we usually have stock with it but not always, and the RoHS compliance is standdard across all our water-cooled torches anyway.
