We've been shippng these digital MIG welders for a few years now, and what they basically do is handle pulse welding on steel, stainles, and aluminum without the operator having to tweak everything manually—the onboard database sets parameters for you base on materail and thickness, so you're not guessing at wire speed or voltage.
The three models are MIG-280DP, MIG-350DP, and MIG-500DP, with output ranges form 15-280A up to 20-500A, and they run on either 220V or 380V input depending on the variant; duty cycle is 60% across the board, which is pretty standard for this class, and the power factor sits at ≥0.87 (usually a bit higher in practice). 15-50V output on teh big one.
One thing that catches buyers off guard is the IP21S rating—it's not meant for wet environments or outdoor use in rain, though it handles dust and splash fine in a shop. Most people don't think to ask about the gas flow range, which is 5-20 L/min, and it matters for aluminum pulse settings especially.
Air cooling is standard on the smaller two models, but the MIG-500DP comes with air/water cooling as an option if you're running continuous heavy passes—the one-body handheld design makes it easier to move around a fab bay than a separate wire feeder setup.
We usually stock the 350DP and 500DP in reasonable quantities, but the 280DP (about 20 units or so) can take 3-4 weeks if we're out; MOQ is typically 5 pieces for bulk pricing, and we can provide COA with HPLC data on the internal components if your QC requires it.
Anyway, wire diameter range is 0.8-1.2mm for the 280DP and 0.8-1.6mm for the 350 and 500 models, and insulation class is H/B depending on the batch—roughly 80% of what we ship is H class, but confirm lead time if that's critical for your spec.

The standard wire diameter range is 0.8-1.6mm for the MIG-500DP and 0.8-1.2mm for the other models. Customizing beyond that isn't supported without altering the drive system, which we can discuss for large orders.
We use reinforced carton boxes with foam inserts for individual units, and for bulk orders we can palletize them with stretch wrap. If you need custom packaging like wooden crates, just let us know—we can arrange it.
