Basically what it is is a direct replacement copper contact tip for the BINZEL MB 501 D torch, air-cooled and built for DC low-frequency CO₂ welding—front port diameter's 11mm, rear's 20mm, and the piece comes out to roughly 28mm long.
2mm wall thickness there, give or take, which handles heat pretty well in practice, and the copper alloy they use has noticeably better thermal transfer than cheaper blanks we've tested.
It's not ideal for aluminun or high-frequency AC work though—this one's really dialed in for steel on CO₂ shielding, and most buyers running manual production lines go with the Standard version unless they're pushing duty cycles above 60%.
ISO9001 covers the whole run, and we batch-test conductivity on every lot; sometimes the Long life option's actually tighter tolerance on bore, which reduces tip wobble in robotic arms.
