We're shiping the HL002 auto injector pen in batches of 500 units or so, and every lot gets an HPLC and a visual inspection before it leaves — the needle's permanently hidden, activation is via the needle cover, and it handles up to 20cP viscosity, so thicker formulations are out of the question.
These pens are mostly for diabetes treatment and weight management clinics, honestly — doctors or patients press it against the skin, get a click and a flash as feedback, and the 6±2mm depth is pretty much fixed, which most buyers find works well for subcutaneous dilevery.
Batch consistency is something we've dialed in over the years — each run has its own COA with purity and dose accuracy data, and we usually have stock on the 1ml version (18x18x145mm) but teh 2.25ml variant takes about 20 days or so for custom orders.
We test every 50th unit form production for dose volume and needle integrity, and if you want a retest on arrival, just send a sample back — we'll recheck it within a week, no charge, but you cover shipping.
A detail that catches people off guard: the 27G or 29GTW needle is fine for most, but if you're running something above 20cP, it'll clog or deliver inconsistently — we don't recommend it for oil-based or high-viscosity meds.
MOQ is negotiable for first orders, but typically we start at 1000 pieces for the standerd 1ml, and our company can do custom colors or syringe branding if you send artwork at least 2 weeks before production.

Each pen is individually blister-packed in a cleanroom environment. Shelf life is 24 months when stored below 25°C in dry conditions.
