The HCH2 series high-speed slitting machine is designed for precision cutting of various materials including label paper, protective films, and optical films. With a maximum speed of 300-400m/min and precision of ±0.1mm, this industrial slitting machine ensures efficient production for packaging, labeling, and electronic industries.
Our slitting equipment features advanced automatic tension control system that maintains stable operation even at high speeds. The machine adopts SIEMENS PLC control system with touch screen interface for easy operation and monitoring. The heavy machine body processed by CNC ensures stable high-speed operation and long service life.
The slitting machine is equipped with high-quality Korean circular blades made of SKH-2 material, ensuring long blade life and precise cutting performance. The friction shaft system automatically compensates tension for each unit, delivering smooth and even slitting results. Optional automatic blade setting and push systems are available for enhanced productivity.
Application industries include electricity, label manufacturing, packaging, medical, optical, and aerospace sectors. The machine can process various substrates including silicon coated paper, metalized paper, self-adhesive paper, PET, BOPP, PE protector films, optical films, release films, and laminated films.
Key components include Japan Yaskawa inverter control for main and rewinder servo motors, SMC proportional valves for tension control, and ultrasonic inspection for web guiding. The machine features synchronous belt transmission for quiet operation and all guide rolls undergo dynamic balance treatment for stable high-speed performance.
