Thanks for the RFQ—we've had the HCH3-B running in several label shops now and it handles the 1200mm unwind with no wobble even at full speed, the Pausource EPC usually keeps slitting within ±0.03 mm on most runs, though film thickness variation can push it a bit wider on occasion.
We include a full set of CE and TUV certifcates with each machine, plus the Siemens PLC means you can pull diagnostic logs directly—no need for third-party inspection if your QA team knows teh system, but our company can arrange one during pre-shipment if you want.
The double 'S' path is actually one of those details that matters more than you'd think: it pretty much stops adhesive bleeding onto the rollers, so you're not gumming up the works after a few hours of label film slitting at 500 m/min.
Payment is typically 30% deposit with the order, 70% before shipment—we usually have stock on the HCH3-B, but the lead time is about 45 days or so depending on whether we need to order NSK bearings or not.
One thing that's not on every spec sheet: the knife holders have a slight vibration at slit widths below 50 mm (we've measured it), so for 30 mm minimum they're fine but expect some marginal trim quality on super-narrow runs—better to use die-cut for those anyway.
Shiping weight is around 8000 kg for a standdard unit, so you'll need a flatbed with a crane or a container with roll-in capability, and we recommend buying an extra set of round knives (roughly 200 units) with order since they wear faster than you'd expect on adhesive films.

We crate it on a heavy-duty steel skid, wrapped in waterproof film, and usually ship via flat rack container. The frame is CNC-processed steel plate, so it's rigid enough for safe transport.
