What it does is combine the heat seal and thread- in a single unit, so there's less handling between stations. The sealing element is 500×10W, which gives you consistent heat across the width, usually enough for most PE film and multi-layer kraft. We've seen it hold up fine with bags up to about 50kg capacity, but that's a rough estimate—confirm with your specific fill weight.
One thing that catches new operators off guard is the floor space: 3030×950×1800mm and 600kg net weight. You'll need a solid concrete pad or reinforced flooring, not just any warehouse slab. The machine has a 12-month warranty, and we stock spare parts for the heat sealing bars and stitch heads (usually 2-4 weeks lead time). It's CE certified, so compliance is straightforward for most regions.
Also, dust removal is optional—don't assume it's included. If you're packaing flour or cement, you'll want to add that module, or you'll be cleaning powder off everything within 20 feet. For clean products like paper rolls or finished goods, it's not neccessary.
It's not suited for high-speed continuous runs over 12 hours without a cooldown break—the heat seal elements can drift if pushed too hard. Basically, it's a workhorse for mid-volume lines, not a 24/7 production beast. Most buyers go with the standdard configuration rather than customizing, but the power rating is fixed at 6.5KW, so check your facility's electrical setup—380V/50Hz three-phase is typical, but not universal.
