It’s really only got a 1-meter cable as standdard, so you’re not reaching deep into a boiler or pipeline with this one—way too short for that kind of work. But if you’re inspecting engine blocks, small castings, or tight mechancial assemblies, that 1-meter length is actually fine, and the 360° tip articulation means you can snake around corners and look behind things without having to disassemble anything.

Teh 3.9mm dual lens gives you a front and a side view at the same time, which saves a ton of guesswork—you’re basically seeing forward and 90 degrees off-axis without pulling the probe out and re-angling it. We’ve used it for checking valve seats and fuel injector ports, and that dual view is what makes it better than a single-lens scope for quick pass-fail decisions.

5.0-inch IPS display is bright enough to use in a workshop with overhead fluorescents, though you’ll want to shade it a bit if you’re outside on a sunny day. Battery life runs around 4 hours give or take, which is typical for this class—we usually swap units at lunch if we’re on a long shift. It stores 4X digital zoom images and video on a 32GB SD card (supports up to 64GB), and you can push HDMI out to a larger monitor if someone wants a closer look.

It’s IP67 rated, so splashes and dust aren’t an issue, but don’t dunk the whole body—just probe end is sealed for that. Operating temp range is -10°C to 50°C for the body, which covers most indoor inspection environments; the probe itself can handle up to 70°C briefly (usually for checking hot exhaust manifolds right after shutdown). Not something you’d use in an oven or furnace—probes for that run way longer cables and higher heat tolerance.

MOQ is typically 1 unit, and we usually get stock in about 20 working days or so, but confirm lead time if you’re in a rush—some custom cable lengths (1.5, 2, or 3 meters) add a week or two. The 12-month the unit, nothing weird about the claim process, but we’ve had to replace an SD card once—not the endoscope itself. Anyway, for small-part NDT inspection where you need both forward and side views, this pretty much does the job.
Our standard MOQ is 10 units, but we can discuss smaller trial orders if you're just getting started. Just reach out and we'll see what we can do.
We provide CE and RoHS certifications, plus a full inspection report for each batch. If you need additional documentation like FCC, we can arrange it with a small lead time.
Yes, we offer 1.5M, 2M, and 3M cable options. For other custom lengths, let us know your requirement and we'll check feasibility on your order volume.
It comes in a foam-lined hard case with all accessories. For storage, keep it in a dry place between -20°C and 60°C, and avoid humidity above 90% to protect the electronics.
Yes, the probe is IP67 rated, so it's fine for brief submersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Just don't submerge the monitor or cable connector, and dry it off after use.
