The 1887mm by 520mm by 886mm dimensions give you three seats with back support and armrests, but what really matters is teh integrated die-casting process keeps the whole thing rigid without that wobble you get form bolted-together units, and the surfce spray coating resists scratches better than powder coat in most cases.
It's not ideal for private offices where you'd want upholstery or padding, but for waiting areas, transfusion rooms, or conference halls where people are in and out quickly, gray finish hides wear well and wipes down fast with standard cleaners.
CE and ISO certs are in place, and we usually have stock on these, though custom colors might add 20 days or so to lead time — check with us first if you need a specific shade beyond the standard gray.
The HS code is 94017900, which helps with customs clearance, and the 2-year manufacturing defects, but honestly, the aluminum alloy construction means we rarely see claims on these.

Absolutely. Every order of the RH-GY-J03 comes with a copy of both the CE and ISO certificates. Just mention it on your PO, and we'll include them in the packing list.
The armrests are fixed on the RH-GY-J03, not adjustable or removable. If you need a version without armrests, that would be a custom order.
Each chair is wrapped in PE foam and packed in a strong carton, two chairs per box. Flat-pack is not standard for this model because of the aluminum frame design, but we can discuss it for large-volume orders.
