If you're supplying clinics or pharmacies with GLP-1s or insulin pens, this is the autoinjector body they'll load their prefilled cartridges into—it's not a standalone drug device, but the mechanicla housing that does the work. We've seen it used most often for semaglutide and tirzepatide programs, and it handles viscosities up to 20cP without a hitch.
It takes both 1ml and 2.25ml prefilled glass syringes, and the needle's already attached—27G or 29G thin-wall, your call at order—with a fixed injection depth of 6±2mm. The activation is via the needle cover, so the user just presses against skin, and you get both a click and a visual indicator when the dose is done. 24-month shelf life at room temp, sterile needle pathway, CE marked and ISO 13485.
What you'll recieve per unit is the assembled autoinjector with the needle cover in place, packed in medical-grade trays, usually 100 pieces per carton. MOQ is typically 500 units, but our company can do smaller runs if you're piloting a program (check lead time for that). Lead time form order is roughly 30 days or so after sample approval.
One thing most buyers don't ask upfront: injection time is adjustable, but it's set at the factory—you'll need to specify your preferred duration (we usually default to 10 seconds if not told otherwise). And the 29G needle is noticeably more comfortable for patients, though the 27G flows a bit faster for thicker drugs.
Basically, this isn't for a patient to reuse—it's a single-dose disposable, so cross-contamination risk is zero. It's not suited for high-viscosity biologics above 20cP, for those you'd need a different mechanism entirely. We can provide COAs and a sample unit for your team to test before committing.
