The PP/PET strapping production line represents advanced packaging material manufacturing technology. This complete system integrates material drying, extrusion, cooling, stretching, and winding processes to produce high-quality packing straps for various industrial applications.
Our production line features a special designed extruder screw optimized for PP/PET materials, ensuring excellent plasticization and mixing performance. The enclosed material conveyor system prevents moisture absorption during processing, while the automatic feeding system maintains consistent production flow.
The extrusion system includes precision dies and molds with improved screen changers that allow for non-stop operation. The optional melting pump guarantees uniform material output, critical for maintaining consistent strap quality. For PET strap production, our water cooling system with temperature control enhances molecular tension strength.
Post-extrusion processing includes thermal annealing in our specially designed heating cabinets to relieve band distortion from long-term storage. The double-station automatic winder ensures efficient packaging of finished straps, with options for servo, inverter, or torque motor configurations.
Key advantages of our production line include the ability to use recycled materials or new material blends, with optional calcium carbonate addition to reduce production costs. The high-precision embossing system creates clear, professional markings on straps, while the five-roll traction system ensures stable operation with reduced maintenance requirements.
