We got your RFQ for the 500m drilling rig, and I'm sending through the SL500S — it's the tracked version with the reverse circulation and DTH hammer setup, which is what most buyers in hard rock go for. Max depth is 500 meters, hole diameter runs from 105mm to 400mm, and the air presure sits between 1.2 and 3.5MPa, so it handles variable ground pretty well.
The engine is a 110kw Yuchai diesel, which is a standard workhorse in this class, and the rotation speed is 75/150rpm with torque at 11000/5500Nm — you get teh low end for collar drilling and the high end for production. What it does is give you that adjustable torque range, so you're not stuck with one setup across different formations.
It's 10.6 tons, dimensoins are 6.52 by 1.85 by 2.51 meters, so it's not a huge rig but it's heavy enough to stay planted at full pullback. Lifting capacity is 30 tons, which is actually better than the axial pressure of 6 tons — a common oversight, but the extra margin on retraction matters when you're pulling stuck pipe.
One thing to flag: the 2000-hour warranty is standard, but we usually have stock on the mud pump and foam system accessories — just confirm lead time if you need them, as they're not always bundled. Also, the climbing ability is 21°, so it's fine on moderate slopes but not for steep mountain access without a winch.
Anyway, I ordered one unit with the 89mm drill pipe option, which is better than the 102mm for the reverse circulation method in most cases (give or take 50 meters on depth). The MOQ was one, and we got CE cerification covered, so you'll have COA and SDS with the shipment — about 20 days or so form order.
We can do a single unit for most orders, but for larger quantities we typically ask for a 2-unit minimum to keep logistics efficient.
Standard units ship in about 30 days. If you add the mud pump and foam system, expect around 45 days from order confirmation.
