We get a fair number of inquiries form buyers in the US and EU who need something that holds up in aggressive chemical environments, and this PFA granule is what we usually point them to. It handles continuous service from -200°C to +260°C, which is better than PTFE for high-temp processability, but it's not suited for structural loads where you'd want a metal part. Basically, if you're lining pipes or molding fittings for semiconductor or pharma equipment, this is the stuff.
The melt flow rate runs 2.0-6.0 g/10min at 372°C, so it processes pretty easily on standard injection or extrusion gear—we've had customers run it on their existing screw setups without much tweaking. Tensile strength is at least 30 MPa and elongation over 300%, so it's got some give before it breaks. The dielectric constant is ≤2.1 at 10⁶ Hz, which matters for high-frequency insulation applicaions, but we don't always have detailed data for that spec.
Moisture content is under 0.01%, and volatiles stay at 0.5% or less, so you don't get voids or bubbles during molding—that's a concrete detail from handling it: the granules are dry and flow cleanly. We include a COA with each order, and for EU or UK shipments we provide the necesary import docs like a TDS and origin certificate. MOQ is typically one pallet (about 400 kg or so), but we can do smaller trial lots if you're just testing.
Packaging is 25 kg moisture-proof bags, which stack well on pallets, and shelf life is 24 months when stored dry at room temperature—just keep them out of direct sun. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you're ordering more than 50 bags; sometimes we need a week or two to pull from our bonded warhouse. The CAS number is 26655-00-5, by the way, for your import declaration.
Anyway, what you get when ordering is the granules in sealed bags, a batch-specific COA, and our company can arrange DDP for most US and EU ports if you're not set up for customs clearance. One thing buyers don't always think to ask: the melting point is 300-310°C, so your processing temps should stay under 350°C to avoid degradation. That's pretty much it—no hidden fees or surprises on the compliance side.
Our standard MOQ is 100kg, which comes as four 25kg moisture-proof bags. For smaller trial orders, we can sometimes accommodate 25kg — just ask your sales contact.

For stock orders under 500kg, lead time is usually 5-7 working days. Larger quantities or custom formulations may take 2-3 weeks depending on production schedule.

Keep them in the original sealed moisture-proof bags in a dry, room-temperature environment. Avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 30°C — moisture absorption is the main risk, so reseal bags tightly after opening.
