HQZ series drilling rig features a compact design with a fuselage width of only 1.9 meters, making it fully suitable for drilling in farming courtyards, home environments, or other narrow conditions. The drilling depth can reach up to 240-300 meters, providing robust performance for various applications.
With fully hydraulic control, the rig offers convenient and flexible operation. Users can easily adjust drilling speed, torque, axial pressure, and anti-axial pressure to meet the needs of different drilling tools and construction requirements. This adaptability ensures efficient performance across diverse working conditions.
The pneumatic drilling rig is primarily used for drilling rock, sand rock, stone, cobblestone, and other geological formations. It is ideal for open-pit mining, road construction, water conservancy projects, power station developments, and more. The rig supports drilling diameters ranging from 140mm to 325mm, catering to a wide array of project specifications.
Equipped with a domestic famous high-power diesel engine, the rig delivers strong power and reliability, capable of meeting the demands of various operational environments. The double-pump hydraulic double power head ensures greater torque and faster drilling speeds, enhancing overall productivity.
Additional features include a removable 30-50m casing tube and a large-tonnage winch, which save time and improve operating efficiency. The rig is designed with user convenience in mind, offering easy access for maintenance and operation.
