High Quality PA66 PCB Terminal Blocks 3.5mm Pitch with Brass Contacts for Electrical Connections

We’ve found these solve problem of cramming multiple connections into tight PCB layouts where a 5mm pitch would just be too bulky, and the screw clamp actually holds stranded wire without it pulling loose under vibration—something we’ve seen plague cheaper push-fit designs.

Pitch is 3.5mm, 300V and 10A, which covers most signal and low-power distribution tasks, and the wire range form AWG 30 to 16 means you can land both fine sensor leads and thicker power tails in the same block without adapting.

Brass contacts on these give you better conductivity over the zinc alloy alternatives some supliers push, and the PA66 body with UL94 V0 rating handles occasional soldering iron contact without melting—we’ve seen that happen with polypropylene housings.

Typically stocked in 2-24 pole configurations, and the white marking on both ends saves your assembly guys from guessing which terminal is which on a populated board. That’s a detail you don’t think about until you’re troubleshooting.

Not ideal for high-vibration environments like engine compartments unless you lock-wire them, because M2 steel screws can back out over time if the block isn’t potted or secured—it’s just a fact of the design.

For ordering, most buyers go with teh 10-pole variant off the shelf (about 20 days or so lead time), but our company can do custom pole counts, and the side plug-in bridges for potential distribution usually ship same time as the blocks. Check stock on end plates and segment spacers seprately.
