We see these mostly in substations and indutrial grids, also commercial setups where overcurrent or circuit-breaker failure protection matters, but don't use it where you need really high amperage like a 2500A tie-in, it's built for 1250A that's its sweet spot.
3 poles, fixed mount, and mechanical life hits M2 grade while electric life is E2 grade—so roughly 10,000 operations or so mechancial and 30 full-load interruptions electrical, the contacts are high-conductivity stuff (custom alloy blend) that resists erosion. (check lead time for custom specs because we usually stock standerd 1250A units only).
Anyway, the packaing is an export wooden case and it ships form China with CE and CCC certs plus ISO9001-2000; a COA is sent with each order and our company can provide the TDS or SDS on request, though the latter's pretty basic for a vacuum bottle.
Most buyers go with the 11kv version for smaller substations—22kv or 33kv if you're feeding a bigger grid—and we'll ask for your rated voltage when you order since it's customizable, pretty much a few weeks lead time if it's not in our usual stock.
