We've been moving these for about four years now, and what it does is it gives you a clean, 7-inch color screen that shows the waveforms, heart rate, and lead status all at once, which cuts down on operator errors pretty significantly, and the thermal printer spits out a report at 25mm/s or so, so you're not waiting around.
The input circuit is floating with defib protection, so you don't have to worry about a shock during a code, and it samples at 8000 per second—that's tighter tolerance than most machines in this price bracket, meaning you get a more accurate trace even with a moving patient; the CMRR is over 100dB with the AC filter on, which basically kills the 50Hz or 60Hz hum that drives everyone crazy.
You'll want to know it stores about 200 reports internally, which is usually enough for a week or two in a busy clinic, and if you need more, there's an SD card slot—we usually stock the 80mm thermal paper in both roll and Z-fold, but confirm the lead time if you need a custom batch.
One thing buyers don't always think to ask: the battery is a 12.6V Li-poly that lasts for a full day of moderate use, but if you leave it plugged in overnight, the charging circuit is pretty forgiving—just don't expect it to run a full 8-hour shift if you're printing constantly, that'll drain it in about 4 hours.
Shippng wise, we pack them in a foam-lined carton that's about 3.8kg gross, and for whlosale orders we usually do MOQ of 10 units, with a 2-week lead time form factory—though if you need a COA or a specific language on the interface, just flag it when you order, and we'll adjust teh firmware before it ships.
You can select from six speeds: 5, 6.25, 10, 12.5, 25, and 50 mm/s, each with ±3% accuracy. Yes, you can adjust the speed on the fly depending on how much waveform detail you need to see.
It works with both 80mm wide roll paper (20m length) and Z-fold thermal paper. Just make sure the paper width is 80mm – either format is fine.
The ZT-60 is CE and ISO13485 certified. Yes, we can provide copies of both certificates upon request with your order.
The screen is 7 inches with a 480x680 resolution, but it is not a touchscreen – you control the machine via the physical buttons on the front panel.
The MOQ is 10 units for the first order. Lead time is usually 15-20 working days after payment confirmation, but we can sometimes expedite for larger orders.
