We've been shippng these out to heavy equipment workshops for years now, and the 30T model is actually the most popular for routine truck maintenance—the 120T version tends to sit longer in inventory but moves fast for mining equipment or rail yard work that we don't usually see in smaller shops (check lead time on that one).
Base dimensions run form 56cm up to 80cm depending on the capacity, and the minimum height of 165mm lets you slide it under most low-clearance machinery without a problem, while maximum height hits 400mm on the bigger units—that's enough lift to get a loaded dump truck's axle off the ground with room to work underneath, though you'll need compressed air at 8-10 bar for the pneumatic control to function properly, and horn height is always 40+60mm regardless of model.
Specs vary by batch, but the steel construction holds up well under continuous use, and the hydraulic system in here is better than what you'd find in cheaper imported units—just don't expect it to survive saltwater submersion or consistent overloading past 110% of rated capasity, which kills seals faster than normal wear and tear.
CE and ISO 9001:2000/2008 are standard across teh line, and we include a COA with every shipment, but the 1-year warranty is pretty much what everyone offered anyway.

We can adjust the horn height, but it depends on the load capacity and base design. Send us your required height, and our engineers will check if it’s feasible without affecting stability.
Keep them in a dry area with the air vent closed to prevent moisture buildup inside the cylinder. If storage is long-term, apply a light coat of oil on the piston rod to avoid rust.
