We had a fleet maintenance manager call last week who was trying to lift a fully loaded artic bus and his old mechancial jack just couldn't handle the offset weight. He needed something that could get under a chassis that sits at about 170mm off the ground and still raise it high enough to swap a dual rear wheel assembly. That's pretty much where this model series comes in.
It runs off compressed air and hydraulic fluid together so you get that smooth raise without having to pump thirty times, and the working pressure sits at 700 Bar which is actually tighter tolerance than most comparables on market. Piston diameters range from 160mm on the 30T up to 220mm on the 120T, and the base plate is a consistent 300 by 300mm across all capacities. The oil capacity varies between 0.4 and 0.8 liters depending on the model, and the net weight runs from 45 kilos to about 85 kilos for the big one.
If you're only ever working on pickup trucks or vans, don't buy the 80T or above — teh stroke height is around 385 to 400mm max, which is fine for heavy trucks but overkill and a pain to maneuver for lighter work. Anyway, the minimum height is 165 to 180mm depending on the exact variant, so it fits under most commercail trailers we see in the yard. One concrete thing I can tell you form handling these is that the high-grade steel used on the base plate actually reduces flex at full extension by a noticeable amount compared to some imported units we've tested.
We ship these in a solid wooden case (usually 2-4 weeks lead time but check stock on the 100T) and MOQ is 10 units. Documentation including CE, ISO 9001, and TUV certifications comes with every order, and our company can do OEM branding if you send the artwork before production.
Our MOQ is 10 units for any capacity in the TRUCK series, including the 120T. If you need a mixed batch of different tonnages, that still counts as 10 total.
