Our factory specializes in plastic extrusion mold development and custom plastic product processing. We offer comprehensive solutions for various plastic materials including PC, PVC, ABS, PP, TPR, TPV, TPU, TPE, PS, PETG, PMMA and HDPE.
For LED lighting applications, we provide PC/PMMA lamp tubes and lampshades in transparent, opalescent and frosted finishes. Our product range also includes PVC non-waterproof plastic slots for LED modules, LED shell brackets and guardrail tubes.
We maintain an extensive inventory of standard extrusion dies for plastic strips, rubber tubes, rubber rod guides and round pipes (Φ3-70mm diameter), eliminating the need for new mold fabrication in many cases. Our production facility operates 12 sets of high-output extrusion round pipe forming machines.
For office and educational applications, we manufacture various PVC/TP* edging strips and sealing strips suitable for whiteboards and blackboards. Our continuous ink supply system components include PVC/PE/silicone/fire retardant silicone ink guide pipes.
We welcome both large volume orders and small quantity requests, with flexible OEM/ODM services available including custom labeling and packaging options. Our quality control team ensures all products meet strict quality standards before shipment.
