You're looking at a white freeze-dried powder, 99% pure by HPLC and mass spec—we run both. It's pharmaceutical intermediate grade, not sterile, so keep that in mind for your protocol design. Soluble in water or DMSO, which gives you some flexibility depending on your assay.
Storage is straightforward but non-negotiable: -20°C in a dry enviornment. We've had labs forget about a vial for 18 months and it still held up, but the shelf life is 24 months when stored right. Teh 2mg and 5mg vials are what most small-scale researchers grab first. For larger projects, you can jump to 50mg, 60mg, or even 100mg and 500mg bulk—just check lead time on the 500mg as it's usually made to order. It's basically a GMP and ISO 9001 certified product, but we don't sugarcoat that it's for research only.
24 months or so if you keep it frozen. Don't leave it out on the bench—it's hygroscopic and will degrade faster than you'd think. That's a detail a lot of first-time buyers miss.
We ship Australia wide, and the HS code is 300120001 if you need it for customs or internal tracking. Most buyers go with the 10mg or 15mg vials for initial dose-response work, but the 5mg is easier to handle if you're reconstituting small volumes. The 2mg is better for preliminary screening where you just need a tiny amount—honestly, it's not suited for any large-scale study.
Also, we usually have stock on common sizes (2mg, 5mg, 10mg, 15mg), but the 50mg and up can take 20 days or so depending on batch scheduling. Non-sterile means you'll need to filter it yourself if your appliction requires sterility—that's just the reality of this grade.
