So it's a crocodile-shaped xylophone with a hammer ball sliding piano thing—pretty much baby toy trifecta of noise, color, and motion, and most buyers looking for this configuration already know the MOQ is 36 units per carton and we can tweak the window box design if your label needs a specific size.
ABS plastic construction, not the soft-touch stuff some folks expect, and it's not partciularly large at 29.5×18×16cm but that's actually a plus for 6-month-olds who can't really aim yet, the net weight per carton is 20 kilos so shiping costs shouldn't blow your budget and we usually have stock on this one roughly 300-500 units give or take.
You'll want ASTM, EN71, HR4040 certs if you're selling into the US or EU—we've got those on file for batch QC and the concentration of lead or phthalates is below the ppm thresholds they test for, basically none of our resellers have flagged it for compliance issues but confirm lead time if you're in a rush, it's typically 20 business days or so.
Not really suitable to kids who still mouth everything aggressively—some surfaces are okay but the hammer ball and small sliding parts could be a problem if they're teething and gnawing like a beaver, anyway the carbon footprint per unit is about 0.3 square meters in a box so stacking three cartons on a pallet works fine.
Custom vial sizes? You mean custom packging boxes—I can do that up to 200 units of custom print order, and the labeling can include your brand logo on teh front panel plus any QR codes or safety warnings (usually 1-2 days extra), but there's no liquid or powder concentration to tweak here since it's just a plastic toy, obviously.
Our standard MOQ is 36 pieces, which is one full carton. We can discuss smaller trial orders if you're just starting out, but the unit price will be higher.
This xylophone is certified to ASTM, EN71, and HR4040 standards, so it's safe for export to North America and Europe. Yes, we can provide copies of the certificates along with the shipping documents.
The product itself is 29.5×18×16 cm, and the window box package is slightly smaller at 29×18×15 cm. So yes, the package dimensions are separate and slightly different from the toy.
Each unit comes in a window box, so the toy is visible through the front. It's designed for retail shelves — just open the carton and put them out.
We can do custom colors or logo printing, but there's a minimum order of around 1000 pieces for that. For smaller orders, you'd have to go with our standard colorful design.
