So we've had quite a few inquiries on the 18L Class B table top units lately, and the BKM-Z18B is one most buyers go with for smaller clinics or dental offices—it handles the load well without taking up half your bench space, and the unibody 304 stainless steel chamber is actually easier to clean than the welded ones we used to carry, though you'll want to confirm your power supply is 220V ±10% since it's pulling 1800W during a cycle.
121°C and 134°C are standard, but what it does is run a vacuum drying cycle after sterilization so pouches come out dry, which is pretty much essential if you're wrapping instruments for storage, and the LCD display shows you the phase and remaining time, though we usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you need the optional printer or USB data recording (we typically see a 2-3 week wait on those add-ons).
It's not suited for large hospital central supply—the 18L capacity means you're looking at maybe 3 trays of instruments per run, and the 4L water tank needs refilling after about 4-5 cycles depending on your program, so for high-volume labs you'd want a bigger unit, but for a single operator or small practice it's actually fine, and the special HIV and HBV programs are a nice touch for biosafety compliance.
One thing buyers don't always think to ask is that the vacuum level here is high efficiency ultimate vacuum, meaning it pulls a deeper vacuum than older Class B models—roughly -0.8 bar or so—which improves drying but also means you need to check your chamber seal annually, and our company provide a COA with each unit along with the CE and ISO13485 certificates, so you're covered for audits.
Anyway, packaing is a single box with teh autoclave, three stainles steel trays, a drain hose, and the power cord, and the dimensoins are 445×450×395mm so it fits on a standerd countertop, and for ordering we typically ship within 20 days or so from receipt of PO, with MOQ of 1 unit, and our company can do FOB Shanghai or CIF to your port depending on your forwarder.
