You're looking at about $2.50-4.00 per jumper for single-mode LC to LC in sample quantities, mid-tier orders of 500 units or so drop to around $1.20-1.80 each, and once you're past 5000 pieces our company can typically quote under a dollar—it all depends on connector mix and jacket type basically.
We've got these in single-mode G.652D and G.657A1/A2 or multimode OM1 through OM5, with SC, LC, ST, MU, DIN, SMA, MTRJ, MPO, or E2000 on either end, and ceramic ferrule keeps insertion loss at or below 0.2dB for single-mode (0.3dB for multimode) which matters more than you'd think for high-density data center patches.
Return loss sits at ≥50dB for PC/UPC, or ≥40dB for APC—it's tighter than most commodity cables, but honestly if you're just running short home runs in a telecom closet the UPC is fine and you'll save a few cents.
Jacket options are LSZH, OFNR, or PVC in 0.9mm, 2.0mm, or 3.0mm diameters, and teh cable works form -10°C to +70°C so it'll handle a cabinet with poor airflow but probably not outdoor conduit unless it's protected.
These aren't ideal for medical equipement that needs sterile packging or custom lengths under 30cm—we usually do 1-50 meter standerd, but check lead time on weird connectors like MTRJ or E2000 because they run 25-30 working days instead of the usual 15 or so.

These are designed for indoor use with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +70°C, so they're fine for data centers and telecom rooms. For outdoor installations, we'd recommend our armored outdoor-rated jumpers instead.
