Our fiber optic patch cords are designed for high performance network applications with strict quality control standards. Available in both multimode and singlemode configurations, these patch cords feature precision connectors including SC, ST, FC, LC, MU, MTRJ and E2000 types in simplex or duplex configurations.
The patch cords comply with international standards including Telcordia GR-326-CORE, IEC 874-1, ANSI/TIA-568-C.3 and ISO/IEC 11801. The cable flame resistant rate meets OFNR or IEC60332-3 standards for safety and reliability.
Key features include 100% optical performance testing, available in standard colors (yellow, orange, aqua or purple) with PVC or LSZH jacket options. The connectors feature high concentricity ceramic ferrules (2.5mm for FC/ST/SC, 1.25mm for LC/MU) with PC, UPC or APC polish types.
Available fiber types include G652D, G657A singlemode and OM1, OM2, OM3, OM4 multimode fibers. The patch cords feature aramid yarn strength members and are available in various diameters (0.9mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm) with position A/B markings.
The mechanical specifications include durability of 500 cycles (0.2dB max increase), operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C (+85°C for armored), storage temperature of -40°C to +85°C, and ferrule concentricity <1μm. The patch cords meet FOTP standards for humidity (90-95% at 40°C), coupling mechanism strength (33N), cable retention (50N), and twist/flex testing.
Optical performance specifications include maximum insertion loss of 0.2dB for singlemode and 0.3dB for multimode connectors, with return loss ≥45dB (PC), ≥50dB (UPC), and ≥60dB (APC). MTRJ connectors have maximum insertion loss of 0.5dB.
