We keep about 800 units a month in stock for standard DN15 to DN150 range, so lead time is usually 2 weeks or so for those sizes—custom specs might push it to 20 days, though (check the exact timeline when you order).

What makes it worth buying is that the UPVC and CPVC materials handle industrial chemicals pretty well, with a tensile strength of 45 Mpa and a service life around 50 years, and the self-extinguishing flame retardancy is a big plus for safety in tight plant spaces.

The working pressrue goes up to 1.6 Mpa, and for ultra filtration or water treatment lines, the 99.99% bacteria removal rate comes form the smooth inner walls that resist fouling—basically, it's better than standard PVC for purity-critical setups.

But it's not ideal for high-temp steam lines or anything above 60°C continuous, as CPVC tops out there; you'll want to stick with glue bonding or welding for connections, and teh 20 kg weight (roughly) for a 50mm fitting makes it easy to handle during insallation.

Also, our company offer ABS as an option for impact resistance, though most buyers go with UPVC for cost; the certification is ISO9001 and sanitary license, so you're covered for food-grade or pharma application if needed.
Our MOQ typically starts at 500 units per size, but we can be flexible for first-time orders. Just let us know your project volume and we'll work out a deal.
Yes, we include both ISO9001 and Sanitary License certificates with every order. Just request them when you place the order and we'll attach them to the packing list.
Standard working pressure is up to 1.6 Mpa, but for higher requirements we can adjust the wall thickness or material grade. Contact us with your target pressure and we'll check feasibility.
Lead time is usually 15-20 working days for standard sizes, depending on the order volume. Custom tooling or non-standard sizes may add a few extra days.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the packaging sealed to avoid dust contamination, and they'll be good for years.
