So you're wiring up a batch of control cabinets or maybe some small household appliances, and the internal connections need to handle 300V without melting down—this copper conductor cable is what we usually send out for that, with the bare copper strands giving you solid conductivity and the PVC jacket keeping things flexible enough to route around tight corners.
It's 70°C continuous operation, which is pretty standerd for most indoor electronics, but if your application runs hotter you'll need something else since this isn't built for high-heat environments like ovens or industiral ovens.
We've got the 0.5mm² and 0.75mm² sizes in stock most of the time, both on 610-meter rolls, and the insulation thickness is uniform enough that your guys won't curse at stripping process—basically, it's designed for production lines where speed matters.
300/300V is the rated votage, and it passes the HD 405.1 flame test so it won't turn into a fire hazard if something shorts, but don't expect it to survive a direct overload—that's not what it's for.
The PVC outer sheath is what it is—durable enough for internal wiring but not meant for outdoor exposure or constant flexing, and you can customize the color if you order enough volume, usually 50 rolls or so.
It's RoHS compliant and meets DIN VDE 0281-5, so if your buyer's customer is selling into Europe, they're covered on the regulatory side, but we always include the COA with each batch just in case their inspector gets picky.
We typically require a MOQ of 1000 meters per size and color, but we can be flexible on first orders — just reach out to discuss.

That 70°C is the maximum continuous operating temperature for the conductor — so don't push it past that during normal use.
