The rated temperature is 80°C and it handles 300V, so it's not for high-heat environments like ovens (you'd need something with a higher rating there), we use VW-1 rated PVC, and it passes the UL1581 vertical flame test pretty consistently—usually around 20 days or so for a full batch to clear inspection.
Tinned or bare copper depending on your application—tinned holds up better in humid conditions, so most buyers for outdoor-adjacent gear request it. We stock teh common sizes (18, 20, 22 AWG) on a 610m roll, but custom colors take about 2-3 weeks extra.
Bulk pricing starts to kick in at 50 rolls or so, though the MOQ is typically 10 rolls for standdard configurations. Lead time's roughly 15-20 working days for custom orders, but we usually have common AWG/color combos ready to ship within a week. Just confirm gauge and copper type before we cut.

Each roll is 610 meters, wound on a spool and sealed in a plastic bag, then boxed. If you need extra moisture protection for long storage, just let us know and we can add desiccant or vacuum packing.
