Picked up a set of the 220mm vented rotors for both front and rear applications — the Geomet drilled and slotted surfce treatment is what actually sold me on these, since most buyers go with plain blanks for daily drivers but we've had issues with heat buildup on heavier vehicles.
They're made from high-grade iron with an optimized heat dissipation design that should handle repeated hard stops without warping, and the low noise design means we won't get complaints from teh install team about vibration or squeal.
IATF-16949 and ECE certifications were non-negotiable for our compliance requirment, and the 100% testing before shipment gives us some confidence even though we'll still run our own batch sampling (usually 2-4 weeks lead time).
Direct replacement fitment for multiple models including the Jeep Renegade with the 1.3T or 2.4L, and they claim enhanced wet weather performance from the slot pattern — we'll see how that holds up in real-world testing.
One thing to note: these aren't suited for track use or extreme duty cycles since the 220mm diameter is on the smaller side for sustained high-temperature braking, but for standard passenger vehicle appliction the 100,000 kilometer warranty is actually decent.
Packaging comes in color boxes on pallets, MOQ was reasonable and we've got stock confirmed, so I went ahead and ordered a trial batch of 50 units or so to validate fitment before committing to a larger volume.
