Most of our buyers are running dental ops, but we’ve shipped good numbers to ophthalmology and ENT clinics too, and a few smaller gynecology practices that needed something compact but not toy-sized — just keep in mind it’s not suited for large hospital wards or high-throughput central sterile departments, the 1.8-liter chamber is really about that one-tray-at-a-time workflow.
The chamber dimensions are 280 by 180 by 38 millimeters, which sounds small until you realize that flat cassette design fits a typical instrument layout pretty snugly, and the external footprint is 570 by 415 by 170 — so it’ll sit on a counter without dominating it — but the net weight comes in at 34 kilograms, so plan for two people to lift it out of the crate, or use a cart if you’ve got a loading dock.
Temperture runs from 115 to 135°C, fully adjustable, and the working pressrue sits between 42 and 212 kPa depending on teh program you select — we usually recommend the 121°C setting for routine dental tools, but some buyers set it higher for wrapped instruments, and water tank holds 3.4 liters which gives you several cycles before refill.
We warehouse units in two configurations: one for AC 110V and one for 220V (check your line voltge before ordering), and every shipment leaves with a CE Medical Device cert included in the packing list — we also provide the full TDS and a separate COA for the SUS304 chamber material, because some procurement teams want that documented for their audits, and lead time is typically 12 to 15 business days from payment confirmation unless we’re between, which happens maybe once a quarter.
Payment terms are T/T for first-time buyers, usually 50% upfront and 50 percent before shipping, though we’ve started offering net-30 for repeat customers after the third order or so — we’ve seen some problems with counterfeit sterilizers out of alternative channels, so what it does is, we engrave a serial number on the backplate right above the drain hose connection, and that serial ties back to our batch records if you ever need traceability for an inspection.
MOQ is 10 units for new customers, but we can negotiate smaller trial orders depending on your needs.
