We’re looking at about 60 units on hand right now, so typical delivery within 2-3 weeks—maybe faster if you’re flexible on color of the housing. It’s a Class I medical device, CE and ISO certified, with that 3.5-inch TFT LCD display that makes it pretty easy to navigate. 255 by 170 by 112mm for the host plus humidifier, and whole thing only weighs 1.8kg, so patients actually don’t mind it on the nightstand. That constant tempearture humidification system is what it is—adjustable, not perfect in super dry climates, but most users we hear from prefer it over fixed settings.

You can ramp from zero up to 60 minutes before hitting full pressure, which helps with the adjustment period for most people—especially if they’re new to this. It’s not really for in-hospital acute care though; more for home use with OSA or mild respiratory support. We usually see buyers ordering MCA-V19 in batches of 20 or so, and the USB download to PC is handy if they want to track compliance data.

The sound level stays below 30dB at 10cmH2O, so it’s basically silent during normal operation—hardly bothers a light sleeper. What you’re getting is a CPAP, S, T, and S/T modes all in one box, with that bilevel adjustment range of 2-4cmH2O. Most go with the 10mg—sorry, that’s a different product—most go with presure starting around 8 or 10, but you can set it anywhere from 4 to 25cmH2O.

110-240Vac input means it works globally with just a plug adapter, which is nice. We don’t pack the humidifier seperately; it’s integrated into the 255mm length, so the whole thing ships as a single unit. One thing to watch—if the user has a tracheostomy, this is better suited for mask therapy, not for direct airway connection.

So, the included kit has a full face mask, headgear, tube, filter, and the power adapter—everything except a carry case, but those are cheap to add. 10 units or so is our typical order size for first-time buyers, and we release COA with each shipment, usually within 5 working days of payment. Anyway, the ramp time range of 0-60 minutes is something we’ve seen clinics use to avoid compliance drop-off.
We typically require a minimum order of 50 units for the MCA-V19, but we can discuss smaller quantities for first-time buyers or trial orders.
Lead time is usually 15-20 working days after order confirmation, depending on stock availability. We'll confirm the exact timeline when you place the order.

The pressure range is fixed at 4-25 cmH2O, and ramp time can be adjusted from 0 to 60 minutes via the device menu. We don't offer custom firmware changes for these settings.
The machine comes in a sturdy carton box with foam padding, including all accessories. Store it in a cool, dry place at temperatures between -20°C and 55°C, away from direct sunlight.
