The 23L Class B Dental Autoclave Steam Sterilizer is a professional medical device designed for dental clinics, hospitals, and laboratories. This high-quality sterilizer meets European Class B standards, ensuring effective sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.
With a 23L capacity stainless steel chamber, this autoclave offers efficient sterilization at 121°C or 134°C. The unit features a widescreen LCD display for easy operation monitoring and comes with an optional printer for sterilization process recording.
The sterilizer includes multiple safety features such as safety valve, double pressure lock, and automatic error self-test. Its strong vacuum drying system ensures residual humidity remains below 0.2%, providing dry and ready-to-use instruments after each cycle.
Special sterilization capabilities include elimination of active HV, HBV, BSE and spores. The autoclave has passed rigorous tests including Bowie & Dick steam penetration test, vacuum test, and Helix test.
The unit comes with 5 levels of instrument containers with 3 round trays, automatic cleaning procedure for internal pipes and steam generator, and separate 3L distiller water tank and waste water tank.
This dental autoclave is constructed with high-quality stainless steel #304 and operates within a pressure range of -0.9bar to 2.3 bar. The sterilization process completes in just 15-30 minutes depending on selected temperature.
