Those antique brass handles go through a 72-hour salt spray test before they leave our facility—basically simulates years of coastal or high-humidity exposure, so your customers aren't calling back about pitting or tarnishing after six months.

We keep a handful of samples form every production batch for at least six months, just in case you need a retest or a third-party HPLC confirmation—most buyers don't ask, but it's there if you do. Teh aluminum and zinc alloy bodies hold up better than some cheaper brass alternatives for main doors, and the 350g lever weight gives a solid feel without being overly heavy.

Actually, we don't recommend these for interior bathroom doors with high moisture and no ventilation—the electroplating's fine, but the spindle's 8x8x100mm is overkill for lightweight panels. Our MOQ's 500 pairs (20 pairs per master carton), and we usually have stock on matte antique brass, but chrome might need the 20 days or so for production.

The die-casting process means tighter tolerance on spindle fit than a lot of stamped handles you'll see—less wobble, fewer callbacks for loose levers. Each set comes with screws and Allen key in the box, which is pretty much what every installer expects, but we've added a spare screw or two because someone always drops one.

For OEM orders, we can adjust the surfce finish to match your existing door hardware line, but the PVD coating tends to be more consistent batch-to-batch than standard electroplating—less color variation, especially in the antique brass. The COA covers the 72-hour test results, but our company can include an extra salt spray certificte if your compliance team needs it, though that's usually a small fee.
