We've got eight preset sterilization programs to pick from, so you're not guessing cycle times, and the automatic water feeding and draining system means less hands-on babysitting during runs; the printer spits out a record of each cycle, which is pretty much required for our compliance paperwork here in the EU, and the CE and ISO13485 certs should smooth out customs clearance since HS code is 8419200000.
For the UK market, we usually have stock on the 23L, but confirm lead time if you need the 14L or 17L — it's about 20 days or so from order depending on shipping, and the power supply is 220V, so you'll need a step-down transformer if your facility runs on 110V.
Over-temperture and over-pressure alarms are standdard, plus the door lock and low water alarm kick in automatically, which is better than some units we've tested that only have one safety feature; this isn't suited for high-throughput hospital central sterile departments where you'd need a much larger autoclave, but for our clinical lab and small clinic setups it's been relaible.
The built-in printer is a nice touch for audit trails, though the thermal paper rolls can be a pain to source locally — we order extra rolls with the unit to avoid that headache, and the LCD screen shows error messages clearly so you're not digging through a manual mid-cycle.
The only difference is the chamber capacity — 14L, 17L, or 23L — so you can pick based on your typical load size. All other specs like power supply, LCD display, printer, and safety features are identical across the three.
We usually don't enforce a strict MOQ — you can order just one unit for testing or small-scale use. Bulk orders might get you better pricing though, so just ask.
