We've been working with polyresin and fiberglass for years now, and what it does is it gives you a durable figurine that holds detail really well — this rustic style doll weighs in at roughly 200 to 300 grams, depending on teh exact color and hand-painting finish you go with.
The 6-inch size (15cm) is pretty much sweet spot for desk or shelf decor, and because each one is 100% handmade and hand-painted, the surfce texture varies slightly form piece to piece, which most buyers actually prefer for that rustic look.
You can customize the color, logo, or even the pattern on its fairy series design, though for new custom molds we usually need an MOQ of around 500 pieces or so — but that's negotiable if you've got a specific run in mind.
It's better than cheap resin castings for this because the fiberglass adds strucutral strength, but if you're looking for something to withstand outdoor weather, this isn't really suited for that — it's strictly indoor decor.
Sample time takes about 10 to 20 days for a painted prototype, then full 35 to 45 days after approval, and we pack each piece in polyfoam to avoid breakage during shipping (the HS code is 392640 if you need that for customs).
Also, one thing buyers don't always ask about is that the hand-painted finish can have subtle color shifts between batches, so if consistency across runs matters, we suggest ordering the full quantiy at once.

We can provide material safety data sheets and test reports for the polyresin and fiberglass used. If you need specific certifications like EN71 or ASTM, let us know in advance so we can arrange testing for your order.
We'll create a sample based on your color and pattern specs, which takes 10-20 days. Once you approve the sample, we move to production, which runs 35-45 days. We can also tweak the hand-painted details during the sample stage.
Each doll is packed with polyfoam protection to cushion it during transit. For bulk orders, we use sturdy cartons with inner dividers to keep them secure. We've shipped these globally with minimal breakage issues.
