You're looking at a 60% duty cycle at 180A with CO2, but drop to 150A if you're running mixed gas, and the wire range is 0.6-1.0mm with the contact tips being 0.8mm E-Cu M6x25 which is pretty standard for most shop work. The Euro central adaptor means it'll fit most common power sources without needing a special adapter, though we usually have stock on 3m, 4m, or 5m lengths depending on what you're doing.
One thing most buyers don't think to ask is the maximum thickness it can handle — we've seen it do 10-15mm on mild steel in single passes, but you'll want to be realistic about joint preparation for anything thicker than 12mm. It's not suited for heavy industiral continuous production, more for repair work or light fabrication where you need reliabel backup torch.
The copper cables are oxygen-free which helps with conductivity and reduces resistance heating, but basically it's the thickening on the nozzle that makes it last longer than cheaper units where the threads strip after 50 hours or so. We've had some feedback about the handle being slightly bulkier than some Japanese designs, but the protection ball joint on the cable really does cut down on wire feed issues from kinking.

With pure CO2 you can push up to 180 amps, but mixed gas drops the max to 150 amps. That's because mixed gas runs cooler and transfers heat differently, so you'll get smoother weld beads at the lower end. Just match your gas to the thickness you're welding.
Yes, it ships with a 0.8mm E-Cu tip already mounted, and you can easily swap to 0.6mm or 1.0mm tips since they share the same M6*25 thread. Just unscrew the old one and put the new one in—no special tools needed.
Each torch is CE certified and manufactured under ISO9001, so you'll get a CE declaration of conformity included in the box. If your buyer needs a full test report, just request it when you place the order and we'll provide it.
You can mix lengths in one order—there's no rule that all 5 pieces in a carton must be the same size. Just specify how many of each length you need, and we'll pack them together.
Each torch comes in its own box, and we pack 5 boxes into a strong carton (39x32x9cm). For sea freight, that's usually fine, but if you're shipping mixed goods in a container, we can add palletizing or shrink wrap at no extra cost.
