Most buyers dealing with heavy fabrication or continuous come to us asking about two things—how many amps it actually holds up to under real conditions, and whether the air-cooled design can keep going without tripping thermally, and with this one it's 350A on straight CO2 and about 300A with mixed gas (argon/CO2 blends), but here's the thing: the 60% duty cycle means you're not running it flat out all shift without a break, so for automated or high-deposition work you might want a water-cooled alternative, but for most manual jobs this more than holds its own.

Wire size range is 1.0 to 1.4mm, which basically covers the sweet spot for structural steel, stainles, and mild steel general repair—you'll see a lot of guys running 1.2mm wire for most application, and the manual control is straightforward enough that even newer welders can get the arc length dialed in without fuss, though we usually recommend the 4m cable length as the best balance of reach and maneuverability; the 5m is heavier obviously but some prefer it for tight corners.

OEM or private label work is pretty common with these, especially for companies that want their own branding on the handle or cable assembly, and we can do custom packging as well—just let us know your specification upfront because of that it usually adds about 2-3 weeks to lead time depending on quantty. 500 units or so is a typical MOQ for custom work, but our company can be flexible on smaller runs if you're just testing the market.

One thing a lot of buyers don't think to ask is that the contact tip threads are a standerd M6 size, so you're not locked into our consumables only—though we do stock the full range of tips, nozzles, and diffusers (in most cases the 1.2mm tip is the most popular), and we include a basic set of spare parts with each torch anyway. It's not suited for pulse MIG welding at the top end of its range, but for standard short-circuit or spray transfer it performs better than generic replacements you'll find elsewhere.

Lead time on stock models (the 3m, 4m, or 5m) is typically 5-7 working days, and for bulk orders of 50 units or more we usually have them in about 20 days or so after the order is confirmed—shippng via sea freight brings the cost way down but adds another 2-4 weeks depending on your port, so air freight is better if you need them fast (check lead time before placing). 6.
