A fabricator's running beads on 3mm steel plate all day, that's where this torch earns its keep—it's the kind of tool a production shop buys by the dozen when they're tired of swapping burnt-out liners mid-shift, basically a workhorse for continuous MIG work in CO2.
We've sold quite a few of these to guys who do automotive repair and light strucutral welding, and most buyers go with teh 4m length as a solid middle ground between reach and handling, though the 5m is better if you're moving around a trailer or a bigger chassis.
What it does is handle 0.8mm to 1.2mm wire without fuss, and the brass construction actually holds up better than some of the cheaper zinc-alloy torches we've seen come through—the conductive nozzle options run form 12mm up to 19mm (usually 16mm is the sweet spot for general work), with chrome-plated copper as an upgrade that cuts down on spatter buildup.
Duty cycle sits at 60%, so you're not stopping every five minutes to let it cool, but it's air-cooled and not meant for heavy automated welding where you'd want a water-cooled unit instead—that's a hard limit you should keep in mind.
Our typical MOQ is 50 units for bulk pricing, and lead times run about 20 days or so when our company have stock, though larger orders with custom packaging can stretch to four weeks—we usually have the 3m and 4m variants ready to ship faster than the 5m.
We offer three lengths: 3 meters, 4 meters, and 5 meters. Most customers go with 4m for general shop work, but pick 5m if you need extra reach on larger parts.

Each torch includes a COC and a factory test report. If you need CE or ROHS documentation for compliance, just let us know and we'll provide it.
It's designed for CO2, but it'll handle standard argon/CO2 mixes just fine. The brass internals hold up well with mixed gases.
You can use 12mm, 16mm, 17mm, or 19mm nozzles. The conductive nozzles come in copper or chrome-plated copper — chrome lasts longer if you're doing heavy production runs.
