What it does is replace those unreliable Binzel-compatible guns that drop arc stability when you push 300 amps on CO2—this one holds the duty cycle at 60% without overheating, and air-cooled body means no liquid leaks to worry about.
300A on CO2, 270A on mixed gas, and it’ll weld matrial thicker than 15mm with 0.8 to 1.2mm wire. 37mm² or 50mm² cable is what you pick depending on your setup—most buyers go with teh 50mm² for less voltage drop on longer runs.
it come in 3, 4, or 5 meter lengths, and handle color is your choice of red/black, blue/grey, or black/grey. The 5-meter version is easier to move around a shop, but the 3-meter is lighter and better for bench work.
One thing you wouldn’t think to ask is the wire liner tension—it’s factory-set for 1.0mm wire, but you’ll want to adjust it if you’re running 0.8mm or 1.2mm consistently, otherwise you get birdnesting.
Also, this isn’t suited for pulsed MIG or aluminum welding with a standerd setup—it’s a straight CO2 or mixed gas torch for steel and stainlss, basically.
Both sizes are available. The 37mm² cable works fine for most jobs up to 300A, but if you're running long lengths like 5 meters or pushing the duty cycle hard, the 50mm² gives you less voltage drop and cooler operation.
Lead time for the 5M length is typically 7-10 working days. Custom handle colors like Blue/Grey or Black/Grey add about 2-3 days since we pull those from a separate batch.
Yes, each shipment comes with copies of our CE, RoHS, and ISO9001 certificates. Just let your sales contact know you need them, and we'll include them in the packing.
It's designed for 0.8-1.2mm wire, so 0.6mm wire won't feed reliably through the liner. You'd need a smaller torch for that. For 0.8mm and up, it works great.
Keep it in a dry area at room temperature, away from moisture. Coil the cable loosely to avoid kinks, and cover the nozzle with a plastic cap to keep dust out of the gas diffuser.
