The OSJA series represents a premium line of totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) three-phase induction motors with integrated AC brakes. These squirrel cage motors combine modern manufacturing techniques with high-quality materials to deliver reliable performance across industrial applications.
Engineered with aluminum frames for reduced weight and improved heat dissipation, these motors feature a compact structural design with removable mounting feet for flexible installation. The series offers exceptional operational characteristics including low vibration levels, reduced noise emission, and high reliability for continuous duty cycles.
Application versatility makes the OSJA series suitable for powering various mechanical systems including pumps, fans, machine tools, textile equipment, plastic processing machinery, food processing lines, packaging systems, and woodworking equipment. The motors maintain stable performance within an ambient temperature range of -20°C to +40°C at altitudes below 1000 meters.
The brake system provides reliable holding torque with quick response times, making these motors ideal for applications requiring precise stopping or position holding. Multiple protection degrees (IP44, IP54, IP55) allow operation in different environmental conditions while F/H class insulation ensures thermal reliability.
Standard features include direct-on-line starting capability and IC411 cooling method. The motors comply with IEC60034-30-1 efficiency standards (IE1 class) and are available with various mounting configurations including B3, B5, B35, B14, and B34 arrangements to suit different mechanical requirements.
