Basically a workhorse motor with an integrated brake, and it's built around an aluminun frame to keep the weight down while still shedding heat effectively — we ship these to machine builders who need something that can stop and start repeatedly without overheating.

The OSJA series handles 0.09kW on the low end up to 7.5kW for the bigger loads, and you can get it in 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 poles depending on the speed you're after. Brake torque runs from 4 to 200N·m, which is enough for most conveyor or hoist appliction we see. Frame sizes go H63 through H132, with shaft heights from 71 to 280mm so you've got some wiggle room on mounting.

Protection is IP44, IP54, or IP55 — choose based on how much dust or washdown you're dealing with. Insulation is F or H class, so it handles heat fine in continuous use. Cooling is IC411 (that's the standerd TEFC setup), and efficiency is IE1 per IEC60034-30-1, which is pretty much entry-level but reliable for most indutrial gear.
It works with voltages from 220V to 440V, and both 50Hz and 60Hz frequencies, so you're covered for different regions. Mounting options include B3, B5, B35, B14, and B34 types — removable feet make swapping configurations easier than most aluminum frame motors we've handled. Shaft diameters range 11 to 80mm, give or take depending on the exact model.

One thing: it's not suited for explosive environments or high-precision servo work — it's a general-purpose AC brake motor, not a specialty unit. We've got ISO9001 and CCC certs on file, but confirm your specific compliance needs before ordering (usually 2-4 weeks lead time). Most buyers we see go with the 4-pole version for pump and fan duty, but the 6-pole is better for slower torque applications.
