We've pushed noise under 65 dB on the SF series while still hitting 11,000 m³/h — that's the sweet spot for a factory floor where you can't have workers shouting over the fan but still need serious air movement, basically the impeller balance has to be spot-on to pull that off.
The external rotor motor setup is what lets us keep it compact at 200-500mm diameters, and the powder coating actually holds up better than galvanized alone in humid environments — one buyer ran them in a mushroom drying room at 60°C with no issues for about 18 months or so before any touch-up was needed.
You've got the duct, fixed, or post mount options, but most guys go with teh fixed type for warhouse ridge vents because of that it's simpler to install, the 380V 2900 rpm variant moves air faster than you'd expect for low-pressure fan (usually 1600-11000 m³/h depending on impeller size).
For a single unit the MOQ is 1, but we usually have stock on the 220V 50Hz models — just confirm lead time if you're after 380V at 60Hz, that's typically 20 days or so since we batch those runs monthly.
It's not ideal for duct runs longer than 15 meters or so — the low presure drops off noticeably past that point, and we've had customers try it for paint booths only to switch to a centrifugal when they needed higher static pressure, so know your appliction first.
CE and RoHS are standdard on every unit, but the IP54 rating means it handles dust and splashes fine — one thing buyers don't always ask is the operating temp range of -20°C to +60°C, which catches out guys putting them in refrigerated warehouses without checking.
Yes, MOQ is just 1 unit even for custom orders. Lead time for a single fan is typically 5-7 working days, but if you need a custom paint color or voltage, it might stretch to 10-12 days depending on the batch schedule.

Keep it in its original packaging in a dry, covered area with ambient temps between -20°C and +60°C. The powder coating and IP54 rating offer decent moisture resistance, but prolonged outdoor exposure isn't recommended.
The speed is set at either 1450 or 2900 rpm based on the motor winding you choose at order. They're not field-adjustable, so pick the speed that matches your airflow needs upfront. We can also do dual-speed motors on request.
