IP65 means you can install it in a semi-outdoor cabinet (check the gasket every year or so).
The 10-year warranty is a big sell for us—basically covers manufacturing defects, not misuse. We've had maybe two claims on 5000 units, both were loose connectors form initial assembly. Actually, that's teh one thing I'd mention: tighten those terminals to spec (torque wrench, not guesswork), or you'll get intermittent faults that aren't the battery's fault. And just so you know, this isn't for mobile appliction—too much vibration risk for the BMS.

MOQ is 10 units for any custom voltage setup. Lead time is usually 15-20 working days after order confirmation, depending on the configuration and our current production queue.
